Laura R. Encinas has provided interdisciplinary writing coaching/consultancy services to individuals and organizations for the past eighteen years. Her interdisciplinary skill has applied to a wide range of formats including newsletters, online and print articles, marketing text, high school and college term papers, dissertation advice, grant research projects, poetry, resumes, professional business letters, and more. Laura originally graduated from a rigorous private education in high school and went on to graduate Magna Cum Laude from Northern Arizona University with her bachelor’s degree in English. Most of her English credit she attained through an exchange program at the University of Wales-Swansea in the United Kingdom.

Her ensuing employment and life experience has ranged from research director at an investment banking firm, sales and administrative assistant for a communications firm, research assistant for a university grant program, and preschool teacher, to certified health and fitness trainer, marathon runner and mother of two beautiful children – all of which has been unique grist for her writing mill. She carries a passion for finding the perfect word or phrase, and helping others express what they want to say to the world with authenticity, clarity, and individuality.
